1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and w8888 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 2Eligibility & Registration

3Account Management

Once registered, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any details change — including your contact number, email address or payment method — it is your responsibility to update your account accordingly. Incorrect details may delay withdrawal processing or result in failed deposits.

Your w8888 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other person. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf. w8888 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of account sharing.

Account balances on w8888 are held in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Your available balance reflects funds that are available for play or withdrawal after any pending transactions have been processed. Bonus balances are tracked separately and subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the w8888 support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to verification. Accounts that have been self-excluded cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

4Deposits

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on w8888 are processed in PKR to the payment method you have on file. You may only withdraw to a method that you have previously used for a deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on w8888 — whether on sports including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football or Esports, or on live casino games including Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, or on fish games and slots — are subject to the following general rules.

Sports Betting

• A bet is confirmed and binding from the moment you receive an on-screen confirmation. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific event rules.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the odds available at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system. Delays in submission may result in a different price being applied or the bet being declined.
• w8888 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, insider information or technical error in the odds displayed.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per bet type are displayed in the betting section. Bets that would generate winnings exceeding the stated maximum will have payouts capped at that limit.

Live Casino

• The outcome of all live casino rounds — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar — is determined by the live dealer and the physical cards or wheel in real time. Results are final and binding once the dealer closes the round.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the round result will stand as determined by the dealer. Where a disconnection prevents a bet from being placed at all, the situation will be reviewed by support on a case-by-case basis.
• Table minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at each live table before you join. Players who attempt to place bets outside the stated limits will have those bets automatically declined.

Fish Games & Slots

• All fish game and slot results are generated by the game provider's system. Outcomes are random and independent of previous rounds.
• In the event of a technical fault during a fish game or slot round, the round may be voided. Any stake placed in a voided round will be returned to your balance.

7Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

8Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access promotions or manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or incorrect odds for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or use of insider information in sports betting markets
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or financial crime
• Providing false personal information at registration or during identity verification
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Any conduct intended to manipulate the platform's bonus or promotional systems

9Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w8888 login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication method you have enabled. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other platform.

11Responsible Gaming

• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. w8888 will make reasonable attempts to contact you before any balance is affected.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at w8888's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

13Limitation of Liability

w8888 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w8888 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform
• Losses resulting from a platform outage, disconnection or technical fault during a live game session
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure

• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of w8888.

14Changes to These Terms
